Jerry's Lefty Guitars was launched in 2007. Owner Jerry Welch had an initial idea for his guitar business and discussed every nuance of his website with Birgit Owen. He knew his success was dependent on a strong internet presence. Today he has a thriving business and busy website with more than 500 pages.
"When we started the website, I knew little about the internet and didn't even own a computer. Birgit had the computer skills and marketing knowledge I lacked (and frankly had no desire to learn). Today, I handle my own blog, and the website is always on the first page of Google searches (and often #1), and I've NEVER paid for any advertising on Google.
